Inspection & assessment Review the design, specifications, and installation records of the foam dosing pump. Inspect the pump, pipe connections, valves, and dosing line to identify causes of leakage during commissioning. Assess workmanship and installation practices to ensure compliance with project standards. Investigate causes of pressure loss in the new firefighting system during testing and commissioning. Rectification works Repair or replace faulty foam dosing pump components. Re-install or re-align pump connections where poor workmanship is identified. Ensure proper sealing of joints, couplings, and fittings to prevent leaks. Address system pressure losses by reviewing hydraulic design, pipe sizing, and pump performance. Testing & commissioning Conduct hydrostatic and operational tests on the foam dosing pump and entire firefighting system. Verify foam concentrate suction, mixing ratio accuracy, and discharge performance. Perform pressure drop analysis to confirm compliance with NFPA and project specifications. Document test results, corrective actions, and final commissioning sign-off. Quality assurance & handover Ensure materials and equipment meet approved vendor lists and standards. Provide quality control reports highlighting workmanship improvements. Submit operation & maintenance manuals for the foam dosing pump. Train operations staff on correct use and maintenance of the upgraded system. QualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?

Expected: A bachelor's degree in relevant engineering (i.e. mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, chemical, computer, software, electronic, marine, ship captain, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years in the preferred GCC region. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position in a mega oil & gas or petrochemical projects. Managing a team of specialists, senior engineers, and engineers.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
