In this role, you will:
Complete pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial loansCoordinate loan closings, perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenanceEvaluate and upload data into the systems of recordResearch complex business and operational decisionsReview and prepare loan related documentsEnsure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsProvide guidance and training to peers and may have limited supervisory responsibilitiesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Law preferred.Paralegal and/or finance experienceExperience with Asset Based Lending.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACAs) and cash management systems.Profi cient in reading and understanding complex loan documentationCommercial Insurance knowledgeAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)Job Expectations:
Facilitate the closing and funding of new loan transactions including participations and loan restructures.Serve as a liaison to business divisions, underwriters, prospective clients, insurance brokers, attorneys, banks, letter of credit contacts and cash management contacts.Organize legal documents, internal documents and post-closing items.Coordinate funding logistics for new financings, participations and complex restructures.Review cash management arrangements; modify cash management structures, including preparation and negotiation of cash management agreements and set-up of accounts.Collect, review and negotiate acceptable insurance certificates and endorsements.Facilitate the issuance of letters of credit.This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will only consider the location listedThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position is not eligible for relocationAbility to be flexible with working hoursPrimary Posting Locations:
