We’re seeking a Lead Cloud Architect to own our Azure cloud strategy, architecture, and governance. This role is pivotal in aligning cloud solutions with business goals while optimizing for performance, cost, and security. You’ll lead cloud-native design, operational best practices, and technical advisory across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive cloud strategy, governance models, and best practices
Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance Azure solutions
Oversee landing zones, subscriptions, and cloud-native architecture adoption
Manage infrastructure improvements and optimize environments for cost and compliance
Guide IaC practices (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) and support scripting standards
Collaborate with business and infrastructure teams to meet SLA, DRP, and compliance needs
Act as technical liaison with Microsoft and support onboarding of new services
Lead knowledge transfer and ensure seamless integration into operations
Technical Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect with deep Azure expertise
Proven track record in designing fault-tolerant and highly available cloud environments
Strong knowledge of Azure networking, compute, storage, and identity services
Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code
Solid understanding of cloud governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards
Hands-on experience in one or more areas:
Landing Zones and Reference Architectures
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized applications
PaaS services and microservices design
Application management and DevOps practices
Service Catalogue and validated environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (cloud certifications a plus)
