We are multi Doctor, AAHA-accredited practice in Vancouver, Washington. We are a busy hospital with state of the art equipment and a shared passion for high quality medicine. Duties include, but not limited to:
Answer multi-line phone systemScheduling and confirming appointmentsPlacing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clientsTriage phone callsEffectively communicate through fax and emailProblem solve/Critical thinkingPresenting and explaining fees, including processing paymentsRecommending, selecting and obtaining products and services, including prescriptionsAnswering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).Greet patients (and their people!)Ensure that every patient and owner are comfortable in the lobbyExercise Fear Free© practices for our patientsManage electronic medical recordsCommunicate with clients before and after their visitEnsure that lobby and work area are clean and presentableAbility to work on own and in teamsAbility to work in stressful and difficult situationsPrioritize work flow and easily change directionProvide feedback and mentorship to othersAttend lead meetings to discuss team topicsOrganize and lead team monthly meetingsKeep protocols up to dateCreate monthly schedule for CSR teamWork with management team to solve problems and create/maintain protocolsHelp to provide conflict resolution with clientele and team membersAct as a liaison between CSRs and other staffOversee promissory payment schedules and contact clients regarding suchComplete change order as needed for in hospital changeCoach and mentor other team membersTHE COMPANY

Compensation $22-24 hourly / depending on experience
