ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Technician Cleaner. Must be available to work Monday-Friday with starting pay of $13.00/hr. Must be available to pass a background check. Looking for individuals that have cleaning experiences. Looking for individual with leadership skills. Individual with organization and communication skills. Know how to efficiently do a job with the time given. This individual must know how problem solve and be responsible for the work location. they need to follow up with staff work performance and cleanliness of their respective area. Pay rate starting at $13.00/hr. Must be able to pass a background check.

Basic Qualifications:

•  Must be 18 years of age or older
•  No experience required and on the job training provided
•  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Customer service experience 
•  One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

•  Provide leadership and direction to team members 
•  Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management 
•  Report performance issues to the Supervisor
•  Assist with the training of cleaning team
•  Coordinate work assignments 
•  Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules 
•  Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building 
•  Manage security of keys and access cards for the property 
•  Report work orders for maintenance
•  Makes sure premises are secured at all times 
•  Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
•  Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
•  Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building 
•  Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
•  Complete order forms completely and accurately
•  Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
