**Overview** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Lead Cleaner** to oversee and perform cleaning operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning protocols meet strict industry standards for hygiene, safety, and compliance, while also supervising a team of cleaners to maintain a sterile and organized facility. **Pay:** $ 22.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_Spanish\_v2\_9.5.24.pdf) (Español) **Key Responsibilities:** **Supervision & Leadership** + Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities of the janitorial team. + Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). + Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards are maintained. **Cleaning & Sanitation** + Perform and oversee cleaning of cleanrooms, laboratories, production areas, and common spaces. + Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and equipment in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines. + Maintain logs and documentation for cleaning schedules and compliance audits. **Compliance & Safety** + Ensure all cleaning activities comply with FDA, OSHA, and GMP regulations. + Conduct regular inspections and report any deviations or maintenance needs. + Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility. **Inventory & Supplies** + Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and PPE. + Coordinate with procurement to replenish stock as needed. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or pharmaceutical cleaning. + Prior supervisory experience preferred. + Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance standards. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as needed. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. + Comfortable working in controlled environments with PPE. + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
