Key Responsibilities Provide construction methodology and sequencing advice. Deliver civil and structural design and analysis focused on safety and constructability. Review technical reports, drawings, and calculations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and authorities. Assist with tenders and business development. Manage small–medium projects, including resources, budgets, and risks. Ensure compliance with standards, legislation, and internal systems. About You Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 10–15 years’ relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and construction safety. Skilled in structural analysis and technical documentation. Able to produce practical, buildable solutions. Strong communicator with experience coordinating site teams and contractors.
