Lead Certified Medical Assistant
Full Time - 40 Hours - Day Shift
Location: Primarily based out of Novi office but will have occasional travel to other sites.

General Summary:

Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in support of physician practice operations. 

PRINCPLE DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES: 

Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

Inventories clinical supplies and places supply orders to maintain desired levels. Receives and organizes the handling of medication samples.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQURIED: 

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Medical Assistant Certification obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Any issuing authority accepted.High school diploma or GED required.
