Lead C# .NET Developer – Automation Framework/Tooling
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Lead C# .NET Developer to join our team responsible for the development and maintenance of an automation testing framework and toolset. This position combines technical leadership in .NET and modern web technologies with product ownership, including stakeholder management, backlog planning, and delivery oversight.

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automation testing frameworks and tools using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, MVC, and Microservices Architecture. Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Familiarity with desktop and web automation tools and frameworks. Manage source control using Git and deployment processes in Azure environments. Contribute to documentation, release process and internal technical knowledge sharing.Leadership expectations:
Leading team by defining vision & roadmap for the internal automation testing framework & tools. Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations. Own and manage the product backlogs, sprint planning, and execution of product lifecycle. Champion Agile best practices and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and delivery timelines Experience with healthcare imaging applications and is a plus.Skills Required:
5–8 years of experience in C# .NET development, with hands-on expertise in.NET CoreEntity FrameworkASP.NET Web API & MVCMicroservices architecture· Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test integration, and tooling.
· Experience with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, DevOps Pipelines, etc.)
· Proficiency in Git-based workflows.
· Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related web technologies
