The Lead Business Process Analyst is a critical role within the organization that involves managing the deployment of technologies. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure successful implementations and integrations. The Lead Business Process Analyst works closely with various teams, including development, deployment, operations, and support, to coordinate and streamline processes, ensuring that deployments are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
What You Will Do:
Project Management
Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure that all deployment activities are well-coordinated and adhere to project goals and deadlines.Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor deployment progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the deployment objectives and milestones.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deployment activities. Proactively address any issues that arise during the deployment process.Technical Expertise
System Integration: Oversee the integration of new systems or technologies into existing infrastructures. Ensure compatibility and seamless functionality across all platforms.Quality Assurance: Implement testing protocols and quality assurance measures to verify that deployed systems meet performance and reliability standards. Address any defects or issues promptly.Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to teams during the deployment process. Collaborate cross functional teams directing troubleshooting activities and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth implementation.Leadership and Collaboration
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor deployment teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Ensure that deployment activities align with business priorities and objectives.Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to support end-users and teams in effectively using new systems or technologies. Provide ongoing support and training as needed.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of relevant work experience.5 years in deployment management, project management, or related roles.Technical Proficiency and understanding of system integrations, technical deployments, and architecture. Proficiency in tools and technologies such as version control systems, deployment automation tools, and project management software.Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.Preferred Qualifications:
Project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, manage resources, and track progress.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Experience in risk management and mitigation.Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading and mentoring teams.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.High level of attention to detail, ensuring that all deployment activities are meticulously planned and executed.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
