What You Will Do:
As our Lead Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting post-implementation activities for our new project management tool, AdaptiveWork. You will also leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, optimize operations, and influence key stakeholders within the Communications Business Unit.
Your insights will help drive operational excellence in areas such as cost control, capacity planning, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with senior leadership, making strong business acumen, creative problem solving and data storytelling essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Implementation Support:
Act as the system administrator for AdaptiveWork (Planview), managing support, enhancements, and optimization in partnership with the Project Management team.
Data-Driven Strategy & Analytics:
Use historical and projected business data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support decision-making across functions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Commercial Operations and Communications teams to align on goals, coordinate activities, and drive execution.
Leadership Engagement:
Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders, influencing business strategy through actionable insights.
Operational Improvements:
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using data analytics and cross-team collaboration.
Financial Planning:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting revenue, and recommending capital expenditures and labor costs.
Standard Work & Best Practices:
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to promote consistency and efficiency across teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
4+ years of related experience
1+ year of prior experience using a data visualization tool such as Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
2+ years of experience in Excel, Power Apps, SQL, and/or SAP.
1+ year of experience using Adaptive Work (Planview).
$100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
