**Description** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our team. He will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical delivery, ensuring alignment of requirements, solutions, and strategic goals. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on business analysis expertise. The role will mentor Business Analysts, ensure requirement quality, guide Agile ceremonies, and serve as a delivery enabler between business and technical teams and contribute as an individual contributor for critical initiatives. **Leadership & Strategic Alignment :** + Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices. + Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and high-level requirements. **Business Analysis & Delivery :** + Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives and BA best practices. + Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. + Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and QA teams.
