This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders in India and the U.S., along with the ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows and insights using tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
· Partner with Operations and Investments teams to identify automation opportunities, pain points, and process inefficiencies.
· Lead end‑to‑end automation lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
· Develop functional and technical specifications for automation initiatives using Python, SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
· Perform deep‑dive data analysis to quantify impact, define metrics, and support prioritization of automation use cases.
· Collaborate with technology teams, engineers, and data analysts to operationalize solutions and ensure successful implementation.
· Create dashboards, reports, and automated analytics to support decision‑making for Bank Operations and Investments leadership.
· Drive continuous improvement by maintaining a pipeline of automation opportunities and tracking performance outcomes.
· Engage with U.S. partner teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes.
· Provide subject‑matter expertise on workflow simplification, automation best practices, and process redesign.
Qualifications
· 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, or analytics-driven transformation roles.
· Proven experience in designing and delivering automation solutions using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
· Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and operational improvement methodologies.
· Demonstrated ability to partner with Operations teams to translate manual processes into automated workflows.
· Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross‑location teams.
· Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑impact outputs in fast‑paced environments.
· Experience in banking/financial services operations or investment workflows.
· Prior experience in leading automation or continuous improvement initiatives.
