Principal responsibilities

Business Analysis:
Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, shape project scope, and develop strategic roadmaps
Translate business vision into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with goals and user expectationSolution Delivery:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business objectives, with a focus on scalability and long-term value.
Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes.Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Act as a subject matter expert within the organization, sharing knowledge and driving best practices in business analysis.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
