Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst – Food Retail Service

Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to evaluate the effects of proposed solutions, facilitate deployments, and support organizational change management initiatives. Acts as a product expert, offering detailed insights into its features, purpose, business impact, and value to the business and our customers.  This role is responsible for maintaining product health, managing the backlog, and prioritizing future enhancements. Responsibilities also include drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria and nonfunctional requirements, and preparing test cases. Facilitates sprint reviews and User Acceptance Training. Additionally, coordinates project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. This role demands strong communication, presentation, and time management skills, as well as an understanding of complex business processes in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Greensboro, NC and has a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:

Conduct presentations for key external FRS customers, including business reviews and requirements gathering.Apply problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop solutions.Perform gap analysis to help define project scope and objectives.Think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges and drive results.Drive platform value through strategic insights and execution.Key Contributor to software migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.Use SQL to write ad hoc queries for data analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typically requires a degree and 8 years’ experience; or no degree and 12 years combined education and equivalent work experience.5 years as a Business Analyst or similar position.5 years working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum).3 years of experience with SQL.Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum).Experience as a Business AnalystExperience with SQLStrong written and verbal communication skills.Project Management experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Advanced Excel skills.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
