Purpose of the job
To create visually engaging and brand-consistent designs that support marketing goals and elevate the company's identity across all platforms.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging visuals and designs that communicate complex ideas and concepts. Design and produce a range of visual materials including logos, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and product packaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Handle multiple projects, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of designs. Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create and manipulate designs. Job specification

Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

0 to 2 years of experience as a graphic designer. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; animation skills are a plus. Helped maintain brand consistency across different design projects. Edited and prepared images and graphics for web and print use. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project priorities.
