Lead BoKS Identity Access Management Information Security Engineer

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Engineer for our Identity Access Management and Database Engineering team. The lead engineer will lead Unix/BoKS identity platform releases and updates. In addition, the lead engineer will lead release meetings while providing escalated support for UNIX/BoKS environment.
**In this role, you will**
+ Provide Cyber Security UNIX Platform Support
+ Monitor and respond to incident related tickets.
+ Provide Release Management Support for the IAM UNIX Applications
+ BCP Planning and Execution
+ Observability – Monitoring/Alerting
+ Makes updates to team procedures and workflows/forms
+ Provide audit and compliance documentation and support
+ Assist with the testing of SOX Controls to ensure effectiveness
+ Provide SME support for the Cyber platform UNIX environment
+ Provide on-call 24/7 Cyber Platform UNIX Production Support.
+ Identify ways to streamline and automate access processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 5+ years UNIX Security Engineering
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years in-depth working knowledge of the UNIX Platform (UNIX System Administration)
+ 5+ years in-depth working release management deployments
+ 5+ years UNIX/Linux Scripting and Python Scripting
+ Ability to interact effectively and foster working relationships with Business Partners
+ Proven ability to collaborate with teammates in resolving issues
+ Working knowledge of security issues, access issues, risks, and solutions for the UNIX OS platforms
+ Excellent knowledge of security processes, guidelines, and standards
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to audiences
+ 2+ years of experience with BoKS Application, Centrify, BeyondTrust, or CyberArk
+ CISSP certification
**Expectations:**
+ Ability to support a 24/7/365 on-call rotation
+ Ability to work a hybrid schedule in a listed location 3 days per week on-site/in office and 2 days per week remote.
+ 100% remote work option is not available
