Iron Mountain is seeking an **experienced and detail-oriented** **Senior Billing Executive** to join our **Billing Department** team in **Mumbai** . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing operations for Iron Mountain India, ensuring the accurate generation of monthly invoices for our diverse service divisions.
You will serve as a key guardian of revenue integrity, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Credit Control teams to resolve client queries and ensure seamless financial cycles.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
+ **Drive Revenue Integrity:** Execute monthly invoicing for Records, Media, and Document Management System (DMS) divisions, validating every invoice for accuracy to prevent revenue leakage and ensure timely dispatch to customers.
+ **Manage Stakeholder Success:** Resolve complex client billing queries promptly and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address internal revision requests within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
+ **Ensure Compliance and Reporting:** Generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports for revenue closing and provide critical data for statutory requirements, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting and external audits.
**What You’ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **5+ years of experience** in billing or finance within a multinational corporation (MNC) or similar industry.
+ **Strong knowledge** of billing packages (specifically Oracle), Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Word.
+ **Proven ability** in independent problem-solving and stakeholder management, with the capability to manage challenging timelines and work effectively in shifts.
+ **A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)** and fluency in both English and Hindi.
