Position Summary:
Lead Assembly injection (Assembly supervisor), Responsible for injection molding machine assembly, updating and maintaining assembly records, adhere 5s and Safety, improving layouts, Process Audits, Work to improve Jigs and Fixtures, and work for productivity improvement.
Work You’ll Do:
Responsible for Work Assignments to AssemblersUpdate Daily Assembly Production PlanEnsure that Cell assemblers adhere to Quality Operating Procedures, Work Instruction & Workmanship Guidelines.Co-ordinate for availability of parts for assemblyIdentify and resolve assembly problems, co-ordinate for corrective actions.Cell layouts & proper House Keeping.Issue of the parts and updating in E1 System.Maintaining the records pertaining to assembly of the unitRequisition for maintenance of equipment’s, Tools, Fixtures & InstrumentsGenerate new requirement for Tools, Fixtures & InstrumentsCo-ordinate with Industrial Engineering for development & repair of FixturesRequisition for calibration of instrumentsConsumable Purchase requisitionLog Daily Labor Hours and monitor productivity & efficiencyEnsuring compliance to operational control procedure requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E. Mechanical engineer with 5 to 7 Year of experience, knowledge of machine assembly and can handle team of assemblers.
Preferred Qualifications:
If holding 5s/Six sigma certificate with ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
