As a Lead ARMO Wireline Engineer, you will participate in discussions about the future of the business. Requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. This role will have responsibility for the existing Wireline ARMO team in Qatar.
As a Lead ARMO Wireline Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Being responsible for testing, maintenance, and repair of various electronic assemblies
Completing all required documentation on failure analysis and required repairs.
Troubleshooting, testing and assembling electromechanical assemblies.
Providing technical support to other groups and co-workers.
Assisting in configuring, preparing, maintaining, utilizing and/or designing test stations and test equipment with instructions and documentation.
Coaching & Training for Personnel in the team.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have an engineering degree in Electronic / Electrical.
Have previous working 5+ experience in Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul. Ideally with Wireline background.
Be able to travel to plant sites as required.
Have a great oral and written communication skills.
Have a dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
