Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product team within the Lifestyle space to enhance customer Dining experiences through Chase channels and the InfatuationDevelop new system designs, ensuring necessary approvals and collaborating with engineering towards deliveryEngage with marketing platforms and understand customer engagement through automated orchestrationAct as an ambassador for the product, demonstrating enthusiasm for technologyManage stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specificationsEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solution architecture and meet business needsEnsure solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing best practices for data protectionEngage technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needsDefine the technical target state of their product and drive achievement of the strategy, and execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsLead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and informationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceDemonstrated proficiency in building Microservices on cloud/distributed environmentsExperience in architecting and building highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systemsExperience in designing and building batch and streaming pipelines to process dataExperience in UI/UX Architecture – Frontend application design using React or AngularHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle including automated end-to-end and performance testingAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityPractical cloud-native experience, preferably AWSAbility to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state architectureExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and find innovative solutionsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in modeling languages like UML or C4 model and knowledge of EA frameworks like TOGAF is preferableAWS Certification preferredAdvanced in one or more programming languages like Java, React, or Python
