As a Lead Application Engineer- Drill Bits, you will be responsible for
Tracking and reduce inventoryWorking on technical proposals and technology introductionContributing to delivering overall Drill Bits financial plan for the assigned countries.Contributing to delivering all region Service Delivery KPI’s.Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolving post sales technical issues.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements.Communicating across direct organization and presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.Handling latitude in project techniques.Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have bachelor's degree with 8 plus years of experience in drill bit application engineering.Have minimum 12 years of experience in drill bitsExcellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skillsExcellent communication and presentation skill. Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.Work in a way that works for you
