Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience with .NET technologies including WinForms and WPF 5+ years of experience in API design and development (REST, WebSockets, Spring Boot, NodeJS, etc.) Proven experience delivering low‑latency, sub‑millisecond response time applications 5+ years of experience with front‑end technologies: HTML5 or CSS or JavaScript (ES6) Hands‑on experience with modern web frameworks and tooling (React, Redux, Webpack, Bootstrap) Strong understanding of user experience principles and wire‑framing Experience with test frameworks (JUnit, Jest, etc.) and source control (Git, SVN) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences Experience with container and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) Exposure to HTML5 container technologies (Electron, OpenFin) Understanding of mobile‑first and responsive design frameworks Prior capital markets or electronic trading experience
