Cooper is excited to offer the opportunity for a new team member focused on IT Service Delivery. This role will be key in managing the relationship with our Service Desks, maintaining the day-to-day incident and maintenance work of our Epic Service Delivery team, and driving service level metrics across the department. We are looking for a seasoned analyst who would be responsible for:

 

In conjunction with management, relationship management with our Service Desk partners ensuring metric compliance and ticket management/resolution.Day-to-day management of workload for the Epic Service Delivery team, including facilitating intake of new opportunities to support the application teams.Reporting and dashboard creation to support IT department objectives within the ITSM platform.Department Champion: improve the experience for IT within the ITSM platform, making suggestions that will improve, streamline, or introduce new workflows.Organization Champion: speak up, share ideas, and best practices on processes we could improve upon internally in service of our user base.

 

Must haves:Ability to work independently.Ability to communicate effectively.Attention to detail.Experience managing team workloads.Experience with ServiceNow platform would be highly sought. Experience Required

6-10 years 

 

Considered:

 

7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary.

Education Requirements

Required:

 

High School Diploma

 

Preferred:

 

Bachelors Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare.

 

7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

License/Certification Requirements

ITIL v3 or above certificate preferred.

 

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate preferred.

 

Epic certification(s) a plus.

 

Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred.

 

Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable required.

Special Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication.

 

Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.

 

Strong customer service skills.

 

Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.
