Join us! **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated data analytics and reporting professional to lead the CIB Supervision Support function’s analytics team, responsible for supporting and developing the buildout of a CIB’s conduct risk and supervision platform. Main responsibilities include managing tactical data feeds into CIB’s supervisory platform, creating tactical control reports, helping to define technical data requirements to support strategic control builds. The Lead Analytics Consultant will be responsible for working with a variety of data platform owners to source, map, and analyze data. Role will manage a team of analytics professionals who collaborate across CIB and the wider enterprise to acquire and assess Supervisory control data with the goal of further aggregating and monitoring the full spectrum of regulations and policies that CIB Supervisors and their Team Members must adhere to. **In this role, you will:** + Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards + Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data + Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed + Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews + Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported + Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 2+ years’ experience developing SAS and SAS Automation/Cron + 3+ years' experience developing standard business intelligence platforms, eg. PowerBI, Tableau, or MicroStrategies + 3+ years' experience developing in relational databases (SQL) with ability write and debug SQL queries **Desired Qualifications:** + Working knowledge of file transfer protocols, eg NDM, FTP + Basic understanding of data management principles and industry standards. + Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner + Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently. + Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities + Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. **Software, Skills and Competencies** ·ETL Experience·SAS/SQL/SASGrid·Working with APIs and JSON files·Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio·Oracle SQL Developer·Teradata Studio·Microsoft Excel/Pivot Tables·Microsoft Power BI·EREG Data (Enterprise Registrations Insurance and Licensing)·CSCS Data (Compliance Supervisory Control System)·Workday Data **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. + Ability to work on site in a hybrid role + Fully remote work locations are not available for this role. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
