If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Clarify, evaluate, and recommend report scope, timelines, and structures, and monitor assigned report requests. + Perform data validation and data gathering, communicate with resource person to get raw data needed for report generation, and extract quantitative information from databases using non‑standard queries. + Clean, format, consolidate, and standardize data from different sources, and combine extracted data using queries (SQL, MS Access). + Create histograms, charts, summaries, and statistical calculations to support interpretation and decision‑making. + Analyze information and data using predictive and prescriptive analytics, including data interpretation, data correlation, forecasting, and hypothesis testing. + Provide status updates, raise issues, build new reports and templates, develop automation tools/scripts, and propose improvements to reporting processes. + Support project initiation and planning by gathering and clarifying requirements, creating prototypes or mockups, preparing documentation, and estimating work. + Troubleshoot and optimize codes, create coding standards or guidelines, develop complex modules, and implement fixes based on testing results. + Join and combine data sources, design data structures, enhance queries and procedures, develop ETL tools, and troubleshoot major bugs or defects. **Who You Are:** You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
