 Job responsibilities will be:

Manage the communication calendar for Consumer and ensure the creative deliveries are on timeExecuting numerous brand campaigns, resulting in increased brand awareness and customer engagement.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing brand strategies and identifying growth opportunities.Successfully leading and coordinating between teams to execute complex marketing campaigns and events ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.Lead brand communication and strategy for select Consumer Cards - India Consumer BusinessDeliver creatives across all digital channels like Emailers, Digital banners, Social Media etc) by working closely with the agencyManage communication and marketing challenges with creative solutions that translate into business opportunities like billings, acquisitions and retention of Cardmembers.Ensure Brand SLA is followed and creatives are delivered without any delay.Closely track performance of the campaign and ensure optimization of campaignsManage end to end creation of Direct Mailers as per internal stakeholder requirements.Work on Monthly Brand Performance reports and manage cascade to internal stakeholders.Support the Brand team and closely coordinate between the internal as well as external (creative agency) stakeholdersDrive Special Projects related to Consumer Card Products

Minimum Qualifications and skill sets

Good understanding of the premium space – Brands, UHNIs, luxury experiences, etc.Marketing degree/certification preferable2-3 years work experience in the field of marketing/communicationPrior Brand Communication, Digital Marketing or agency experience would be preferrableStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Must be proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Excellent Project Management skills
