**Role Description**
Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics BU is recruiting for a Lead Analyst – Commercial Effectiveness.

With VELYS™ Digital surgery, we are improving patient outcomes through building a platform of connected technologies powered by data insights before, during, and after surgery, and designed to elevate the Orthopaedics experience for patients, surgeons, and care teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead the development** of VELYS Digital Surgery data analytics solutions.
+ Lead the **development and execution of monthly reporting** of health of business for VELYS Digital Surgery products by gathering, consolidating, cleaning and compiling data.
+ **Collaborate** closely with Digital Business stakeholders, Finance, Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging **strong communication and interpersonal skills** to foster a team-oriented environment and drive collaborative data-driven initiatives.
+ **Streamline** data collection and reporting processes by identifying automation opportunities, developing efficient workflows, and implementing best practices.
+ Demonstrate expertise in **Tableau, SQL** by sourcing sales performance data from large datasets utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce).
+ Support Commercial Effectiveness as needed - work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Data and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy in commercial insights.
+ Assist in commercial operations regionally by building reports and dashboards to drive funnel management, targeting, and prioritization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Experience leading initiatives & projects/ project management experience
+ Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization software like Tableau/ Power BI is a must
+ Demonstrated proficiency in data integration is a must
+ Strong team player
+ Creative problem solving
