What you’ll do:
As our Lead Analyst in Reporting Solutions, you’ll be a key contributor to Stryker’s Transformation Strategies team, supporting our growth in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) markets. You’ll lead the delivery of post-deal services through strategic customer business reviews, ensuring our long-term agreements are supported with precision, insight, and care.
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of periodic customer business reviews for multi-divisional long-term sales agreements.
Partner with Customer Solutions teams to aggregate divisional data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Identify root causes of reporting issues and develop mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to align reporting cadence and content with customer needs.
Respond to ad hoc customer requests and post-sale support requirements with agility and professionalism.
Build thoughtful, insight-driven customer presentations that clearly communicate value and foster long-term partnerships.
Manage a diverse portfolio of geographically dispersed customers, ensuring consistent and high-touch service.
Drive operational excellence through capacity planning, process optimization, and timely execution.
Foster a culture of transparency, ethics, and inclusion within the team.
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
What you’ll need:
Required:
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
4+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or customer-facing roles is needed to be a successful applicant.
Preferred:
2+ years presenting to Senior Leadership is strongly preferred for this position.
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Model N is strongly preferred.
$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
