This Lead Analyst, Market Development will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of growth strategies and development plans consistent with overall business objectives of our Instruments ProCare Services business. The role will increase brand recognition, adoption, and retention of ProCare agreements through data-driven insights, Customer feedback, regional market activation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams. This role would provide marketing and analytical support needed to scale ProCare adoption while ensuring revenue continuity and margin protection.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead the development and execution of local marketing plans with the goal of driving ProCare awareness and adoption within the US marketConduct formal business review presentationsUtilize market analytics to determine appropriate locations for awareness and adoption campaignsExecute integrated marketing campaigns and strategiesDetermine appropriate tactics based on market dynamics and investigate new avenuesAssesses the impact of competitive dynamics and points of parity / points of difference through competitive analysis.Responsible for competitor analysis and surveillance through various channels (may include conference calls, earnings updates, analyst reports and tradeshows.)Explains different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs.Understands what current and potential customers need to drive value in the portfolio.Analyzes market pricing data to help set priceDevelops pricing approach /level consistent with the Marketing Strategy and brand positioning.WHAT YOU NEED:
