Who You Are:
Versar Global Solutions is seeking a full-time Lead Aircraft Servicer to oversee daily fueling operations and guide a team of aircraft servicing personnel. This position develops shift schedules, prioritizes daily duties, and ensures all fueling and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Develops and manages shift schedules to meet mission requirements.Assigns and prioritizes daily duties for aircraft servicing personnel.Maintains and operates petroleum facilities and refueling equipment.Receives, stores, and issues petroleum fuel products; performs visual and laboratory quality analysis of petroleum samples.Performs operator maintenance on fuel-handling equipment and facilities.Prepares and reviews receipt, inventory, and issue documents for fuels accounting; ensures records are accurate and complete.Isolates off-specification products and implements corrective actions to resolve quality problems.Ensures compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintains an effective operator-maintenance program.Performs routine operator checks and maintenance on facilities; maintains inspection and maintenance records.Reports on facility deficiencies to the appropriate maintenance activity.Operates refueling equipment to dispense products to aircraft, ground support equipment, and facilities.Monitors product temperature and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to support mission demands.Implements effective product segregation and recovery programs.Leads by example in safe work practices and emergency response readiness.Performs physical tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and lifting; responds to audio alarms and distinguishes colors for fuel coding and control tower signals.Works indoors and outdoors in extreme weather conditions and around mechanical, electrical, chemical, and noise hazards common to aircraft and fueling operations.Performs other related duties as assigned.What You’ll Bring:
Completion of a military fuels school (e.g. Army 92F, USAF 2F0X1, or equivalent) highly preferred.Experience in developing shift schedules and leading daily operations is strongly desired.Must possess and maintain an active and valid driver's license issued in the state of residence for the class of vehicle operated without restrictions.Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.Compensation
Expected Salary: $27.96 per hour / $1.25 per hour

The position will primarily work onsite in Fort Campbell, KY.
