The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in AI and generative AI technologies. This role is responsible for optimizing the L1 and ITSM activities within the Wealth Management organization, leveraging Wells Fargo approved AI solutions to enhance service delivery, optimize operations, and drive innovation.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives on selected domainsEnsure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate riskDefine opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing costLead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologiesResolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging natureLead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMentor less experienced software engineersCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesPartner with production support and platform engineering teams effectivelyRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of experience with IT Service ManagementDesired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with AI/ML and familiarity with Copilot, TachyonExcellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesOutstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholdersStrong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyResults-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomesJob Expectations:
