Spectrum is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive secure, scalable solutions that power our HR management systems, seamlessly integrating AI products with enterprise HCM platforms. Your work will enhance both employee and HR experiences while delivering measurable impact across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Architect comprehensive AI solutions supporting HR functions such as talent matching, screening assistance, knowledge search and case deflectionDefine reference architectures utilizing large language models, natural language processing, retrieval augmented generation, embeddings, vector stores and APIs for integration with HCM platformsLead strategies for integration with Workday, Oracle and SAP, overseeing identity management, data pipelines and compliance with privacy and security standardsEstablish and manage model governance processes including documentation, approval workflows, fairness guardrails, personal information handling, audit logging and lifecycle managementImplement MLOps practices for continuous integration, monitoring, incident response and maintaining performance standardsGuide platform selection, vendor evaluation and technical due diligence for cloud services, orchestration and security managementCollaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into architectural designs and ensure delivery, code review and knowledge transferMonitor AI and HCM trends to identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and innovationWorking Conditions
Work closely with HR stakeholders, Legal, Security and ITManage multiple projects in a fast-paced enterprise settingParticipate in technical reviews and documentation sessions across internal teamsWork in a hybrid office environment with four days onsite and one day remote per weekWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related fieldExperience
5+ years enterprise solution architecture or AI platform engineering5+ years AI/ML systems design and deployment3+ years HCM integrations and HR technology implementationSkills
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modulesExpertise in AI solution architecture including large language models, natural language processing, vector databases, retrieval augmented generation, API design, microservices and integrationsStrong experience integrating with Workday, Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors including data models, security and extensibility frameworksProficiency with AWS, Azure and GCP cloud platforms and enterprise security, data privacy and compliance practicesMLOps experience including model packaging, feature stores, pipelines, monitoring, drift detection and incident managementAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and architectural artifactsLeadership in cross-functional delivery and vendor management with the ability to manage shifting project prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fieldOracle HCM Cloud certification(s)Experience
Experience with HCM implementations and system integrationsSkills
