Gather, analyze, and interpret data from disparate sources. Solve a variety of business problems, utilize data engineering techniques to create business ready datasets utilized by peers and partners. Utilize Relational (Ex- Oracle or MySQL) and/or Data Warehouse data storage (Ex- Snowflake or Databricks Delta Lake), data sources including but not limited to internal and external sources, data lakes, data warehouses such as eCDW, BIDW, etc. Employ Tableau and Power BI for visual analytics of causal relationships, trigger points, and predictive indicators. Leverage programming languages including Python for model development and SQL for database interactions and ensure models are robust, scalable, and applicable. Craft comprehensive reports, charts, and visual aids to summarize findings and insights. Consult and recommend directions to business partners and provide insights into patterns and relationships in data. Leverage data insights to find patterns in underlying data and identify variances to enhance existing recommendations. Creatively resolve complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
