Lead Advanced Analytics
_JOB LOCATION:_ 311 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 _DUTIES:_ Develop and refine predictive models using traditional statistical methods and modern machine learning techniques. Gather, analyze, and interpret data from disparate sources. Solve a variety of business problems, utilize data engineering techniques to create business ready datasets utilized by peers and partners. Utilize Relational (Ex- Oracle or MySQL) and/or Data Warehouse data storage (Ex- Snowflake or Databricks Delta Lake), data sources including but not limited to internal and external sources, data lakes, data warehouses such as eCDW, BIDW, etc. Employ Tableau and Power BI for visual analytics of causal relationships, trigger points, and predictive indicators. Leverage programming languages including Python for model development and SQL for database interactions and ensure models are robust, scalable, and applicable. Craft comprehensive reports, charts, and visual aids to summarize findings and insights. Consult and recommend directions to business partners and provide insights into patterns and relationships in data. Leverage data insights to find patterns in underlying data and identify variances to enhance existing recommendations. Creatively resolve complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans impacting the organization, and collaborate with senior leadership. _REQUIREMENTS:_ Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and three (3) months of experience in the job offered, or three (3) months of experience in a related occupation developing and refining predictive models using traditional statistical methods and modern machine learning techniques; employing Tableau and Power BI for visual analytics of causal relationships, trigger points, and predictive indicators; leveraging programming languages including Python for model development and SQL for database interactions and ensuring models are robust, scalable, and applicable; and crafting comprehensive reports, charts, and visual aids to summarize findings and insights.
