Overview: The Lead Advanced Analytics in Digital Role is to provide deep business insights related to the addition and removal of Feature Add-Ons. You will work closely with Business, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities to optimize feature decisions that drive user engagement and business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze the impact of Digital feature add-ons and removals to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for the Digital Channel.Develop and maintain measurement frameworks and KPIs that assess business outcomes linked to Feature adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.Apply advanced analytical techniques, including experimentation and predictive modeling, to evaluate feature-related initiatives.Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure analytics align with data quality and governance best practices.Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital product analytics and Feature optimization.Business Case Development and Analytics Tools: Develop business cases and create complex models utilizing big data analytics tools (Ex- Tableau, Power BI, AI Insights, Databricks) for modeling and process integration, and to make recommendations for improvements to processes, financials, business models, etc. Build and test predictive models on various data samples and verifies their accuracy in real-world scenarios (Ex- Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series).
Reporting and Business Insights: Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions. Advise business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Advanced Analytics earns between $116,700 - $196,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
