Core objective of this position are:

Supporting core financial governance areas, including tax compliance, statutory accounting, internal controls, and inventory accounting, while ensuring full comliance with logal regulations and global policies

Assisting coordination and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to drive effective risk management, operational excellence, and financial integrity

Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

Tax Governance & Compliance

Support the Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Transfer PricingAssist in the preparation of APA/ACVA annual reportBEPS reporting and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)Assist with Source P&L reviewCoordinate with stakeholders: APAC Tax & Technical Accounting, external consultatns, etc.

Statutory Accounting & Audit Management

Support statutory accounting process, including interim and year-end external auditsAssist in the preparation and review of statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and US GAAP requirementsSupport internal audits and remediation plansCoordinate with stakeholders: external auditors, Hong Kong Finance Center, CapGemini, etc.

Internal Controls & Governance

Support the maintenance of the Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) documentationAssist in control testing and certificationIdentify control gaps and drive remediation plans in partnership with process ownersEnsure alignment with global internal control guidedanceCoordinate with stakeholders: Global Internal Control, APAC, control owners

Inventory & Loaner Instrument Accounting

Support internal procedures and operations of inventory and loaner instrumentsCollaborate with Ops to ensure count execution per annual count plan and internal guidanceResolve Goods-in-Transit (GIT) and any identified issues with Ops, Planning, and CapGemini

Support ad-hoc analysis and projects upon request
