Lead Account Manager Channel

Job Description:

Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

As a Lead Account Manager Channel your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: A senior-level sales representative with advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages large, complex sales with light supervision. Responsible for higher-than-average sales quota or territory. Demonstrates effective communication, advanced data analysis, leverages extensive experience, and problem-solving skills. May introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Recruitment and Relationship Management: Recruit new partners/vendors and build strategic, long-term relationships.
• Sales Strategy and Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote wireline/wireless solutions and meet targets.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources to partners for effective product promotion.
• Performance and Issue Resolution: Monitor partner performance, analyze challenges, and resolve issues to ensure channel success.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, create detailed reports, and coordinate activities to achieve sales goals.

Compensation Offered:

Our Lead Account Manager Channel, earn between $116,200 - $186,700 + $62,000 in commissions with a total target compensation of $178,200 - $248,700. This role involves recruiting new partners and vendors, highlighting the advantages of the channel program, and establishing strategic relationships with both new and prospective partners/vendors. Additionally, the position includes developing these partners/vendors to effectively promote and sell their wireline/wireless solutions and applications, which encompass AT&T's wireline/wireless data services.

Job Contribution:

May include coaching and development to vendor supervisors, QA and trainers for gaps heard in call monitoring of agent to customer.Identifies and supports the dealer by analyzing work to resolve challenges that may hinder the success of the channel partners.Collaborate and attends partner/vendor briefing meetings, creates and delivers training materials, coordinates activities to meet sales objectives.Provide status and custom reports as required with peers and senior management, cross functionally managing all issues to resolution.Determines when to bring internal support resources to the partner/dealer/vendor that will support them in the selling process.Develops complex structured business planning, partner funnel and forecasting, product and system training, operational support.Works independently or in a team selling environment.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving recordCurrent auto insuranceReliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, (BS/BA) desired.

Experience:

Requires 8+ years of direct work experience.Strong Wireline and/or Mobility sales Acumen,Prior Indirect Channel Experience (working with solution providers),Solution Selling in acquisition focused module environment
