As part of the team here, you'll ensure every product we sell online or in-stores is delivered on time and with quality, ensuring our customers are amazed and delighted with their selection. 

A day in the life as a Lead…

Directs daily/weekly work assignments in the Distribution center in coordination with the Floor SupervisorOversees all operations and associate activities in the absence of Floor Supervisors or Floor ManagersEnsures productivity standards are met by communicating personal and team key performance indicatorsCleans up and disposes boxes, packing material, and pallets, as well as general housekeeping of facility and specific product line areasRotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the businessParticipates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the positionPerforms all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals

What you’ll bring to the table…

Proficiency in English language skills Basic math skillsGoogle Suite experience preferredAS400 and JDA knowledge preferred

2+ years of Distribution Center experienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum Starting Rate: $20.00 Hourly

Up to: $24.06 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
