Lead A/V Producer, Sports Marketing, Prime Video, Sports Marketing
Description Prime Video Sports Marketing is seeking a Lead A/V Producer to manage the video deliverables (Promos, TV Spots/Multi Title Sizzles, Trailers, etc.) that are part of the overall marketing campaign of our Sports vertical across our top tier sports properties and partners. This position reports to the Head of Campaign Production, Sports Marketing and will ensure that each element of a video project is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible. This Lead A/V Producer will be responsible for creating, maintaining and distributing all video marketing assets related to our Sports campaigns in support of Football, Basketball, Auto Racing, Combat Sports and beyond. The Lead A/V Producer will serve as the “go-to” resource for all video specific projects and must possess domain experience in the A/V production space. In this role, you will work under tight deadlines to create compelling sports assets. Candidates will need a deep understanding of several sports leagues, players and rivalries as well as multiple production, media management and post production pipelines. In this role you must understand live sports production and its speed. The role will be an expert in critical, agency style project management with speed and accuracy. Experience is required in expert work in AV production pipelines from editorial post-production, audio mixing, finishing, motion graphic design and animation. Key job responsibilities • Coordinate all operational aspects of video projects (trailers, tv spots, promos, sizzles, social, etc.) from inception to completion. This role will work very closely with the Sr. AV Producer, Creative Director and Campaign Manager to ensure that the video deliverables are falling within the overall campaign timeline and budget. • Create and maintain schedules, determine resources, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirements. • Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure team establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep video deliverables on time and on budget. • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications. • Work closely with Studio Post-Production team and Pro League to determine footage availability in order to manage stakeholder expectations. • Support EPK/BTS post production and asset management as needed. • Request video content from Post-Production and traffic to external agencies. • Determine scope of work and obtain estimates from external agency partners. • Communicate creative feedback to agencies throughout the life of a project. • QC video files before releasing final files to the end customer(s). • Deliver final files to internal and external partners as necessary. • Oversee clip pulls for cross-functional partners (including publicity and social) and release final files in varying codecs & languages • Manage localization of marketing assets for multiple territories for Day & Date global marketing release, including graphics, subbing & dubbing when needed. • Experience with network clearances, music clearances and talent approvals as well as work closely with the Pro league partners for footage availability and clearances. • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of video assets per the marketing plan. • Provide regular feedback to the marketing and creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines. • Experience managing and delivering large volume of video assets to external partners a must. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
