Purpose of the job
Handling USSD projects in a DevOps model, starting from feasibility study, integration, go-live activities, in addition to handling operational tasks after going live.

Duties and responsibilities Developing new services and advancing changes in existing USSD flows. Handling deployments on the USSD platform. Monitoring service KPIs for all USSD services and ensuring service stability. Performing regular checks on the USSD platform to ensure operational efficiency. Tackling any global or individual incidents related to USSD. Maintaining accountability for new system upgrades and extensions. Accepting and validating new feature implementations and software upgrades. Performing planned actions during low traffic periods and handling open cases with vendors and customer complaints related to regular on-call duties. Job specification

Education
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.

Experience
0-2 years of experience in the telecom industry.

Skills and abilities

Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Very good Microsoft Office knowledge. Good UNIX administration skills. Basic networking skills. Project management skills. About the Company
