Lead, Tmall & JD Commerce Strategy and Campaign

Reporting to director of Tmall & JD Commerce Strategy & Campaign and based in our Greater China(GC) Headquarters in Shanghai, you will drive, implement and execute the innovative programs, collaborate closely with Nike cross functional teams and our counterparts at Alibaba Group and JD Group.

Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the line manager, support to establish short-term and long -range goals in short-term and long-term strategy development to achieve platform vision and mission for Nike Tmall and JD platforms

Take the lead to develop commercial and brand campaign strategies and planning, ensure cross-functions’ driving same goal and aligning high-level directions, deliver cross-functional hindsight and leadership reviews

Work with line manager and key counterparts to initiate, develop, deliver and execute successful large-scale program ideation, planning, team mobilization, resource allocation, end-to-end implementation and iterations to deliver the best of Nike experience to Tmall consumers and members

Manage, maintain and continuous optimize the existing consumer experience to serve and retain a large consumer and member base with detailed oriented and systematic-driven methodology; Ensure the key initiatives launch to serve key brand and commercial campaigns, including 618, D11, Super Brand Day, etc; Ensure the smooth operational delivery of all digitalized features during key gates

Collaborate closely, organize complex conversations, be the key contact window with digital product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, merchandising, legal, privacy, security, procurement, finance and accounting to facilitate cross-function alignment and on-time project and campaign delivery; Support the complicated decision-making process with leadership team

Be the key contact person with Ali partners in driving multi-channel programs and consumer and member experience innovations to break the ceilings of digital journey

Track core program KPI and deliver data insights for optimization purpose and next iteration directions

Bring innovative and entrepreneurship to the team and continue to explore new opportunities within Tmall and Ali ecosystems

Manage leadership communications with strong story-telling capabilities in structure way; Support the line manager to maximize the key program’s impact within Nike and Ali partnerships; Drive demand incremental to the business in both short-term goals and long-term strategies

Manage multiple agencies/vendors to ensure the high-quality work delivery

Requirements:

Master’s Degree or MBA in business, science or technology from well-known universities

Overall 8+ years of digital commerce related working experience, among which 4+ years professional experience with proven tracking record in strategy or management consulting is required

Work proactively with strategic and innovative mindset; Strong entrepreneurship and be brave to voice out new ideas

Quickly react to changes and can work and deliver under pressure within tight timeline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaborative team spirits; Strong ability to influence a large team and key stakeholders

Excellent PPT, excel skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business opportunities

Excellent understanding of Tmall ecosystem, experience working with Alibaba and other local ecommerce companies is preferred

Strong logical and structural thinking, down-to-earth spirits; Results-oriented,  enthusiastic and self-motivated

Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Chinese
