Nike is investing to grow Nike Direct business through world class, consumer desired product journeys and pinnacle experiences as pace settler.  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Tennis lead in SBD will work with cross functions which related to Nike Direct to have the ability to facilitate Tennis marketplace in Nike Direct world, shape marketplace strategy, create platform segmentation and land best tennis destination in digital and NSO stores. We need someone who is an enterprise thinker, able to analyze ND business results, deliver engaging presentations and sustain  business growth

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The following are key deliverables of this work:

Assit seasonal Tennis marketplace strategy for the Geo by channel, including direction on must win moment, product & key retail destinations Partner with Sports Business Director, merchandising, planning and platforms (digital specific) to land segmentation frameworkInfluence seasonal assortments and come up key seasonal priorities to align with product strategy, intent, & financial targets based on performance analysis andDrive seasonal readiness and through Sport GTM planning & executionDrive In-season sell through and support inventory mobilization to chase business opportunities across NSOs and digital platforms.Partner planning on inventory health & key model managementAssist to elevate tennis marketplace through retail door elevation, Slam moment/China moment/365 tennis assets updateMarketplace management & developmentGather, synthesize marketplace, product & competitive insights into Global & Geo Sport squadsSeasonless Execution including one-off requests, managing quick strike/incremental product allocations, responding and actioning on updates, and urgent marketplace needsPartner with the x-functional team to ensure key launches land in the marketplace with impact.Support to APS business in Nike Direct.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Tennis SBD will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Nike Direct. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners and internal partners (Sports team, Planning, Merchandising, Digital platforms, NSO store, Operation, Insight..etc)

  

WHAT YOU BRING  

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training Experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related industry.Ability to embrace change, act with courage, instill trust, think strategically, communicate vision and purpose, and foster effective teamwork.   Experience reading and analyzing retail metrics to optimize sales and inventory
