**Lead, Technical Operations** Remote - based anywhere within USA **Team Rubicon (TR)** is seeking a **Lead** **,** **Technical** **Operations** to join TR's **Technology** team!TheLead,Technical Operationswillbe responsible forowning, scaling, and driving efficiency across the IT, Cloud, and Cyber Securitydomainsat Team Rubicon. This will requirethe ability topartner with third-party service providers, offshore resources, andstakeholders within the organization to make sure thatevery dollar spentinthe IT space is delivering as much impact as possible.TheLead,TechnicalOperationswillbe responsible formaintainingrelationships withthird party service providers and offshore resourcesinthe help desk, as well as monitoring andmaintainingServiceLevelAgreements (SLAs)andleveragingKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)tohelp ensurethatthe organization’s goals arebeing met. This position reports to TR’s  **Deputy Director, Technology** andis based remote anywhere within the United States. **Duties:** + Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systemuptimeand reliability. + Implement standard operating policies and procedures that comply withindustry best practices and organizational workflows. + Maintain relationships with third-party service providers and offshore resources. + Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met. + Enforce compliance with contracts, privacy regulations, and internal policies. + Ensure cybersecurity standards and data protection protocols are upheld. + Partner with key members of every department to understand friction points within the IT and Technology spaceand work to remove or minimize those challenges. + Collaborate with senior leadership to set departmental ITgoals and ensure theteam has the resources and support to achieve them. + Leverage change management best practices to plan and execute technology upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. **Education and Background:** + Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field + 5-7years of experience in a technical role including 2–3 years in a supervisoryand/or leadcapacity + Proven experience in IT operations management, network and system administration, and cloud computing platforms + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills + Familiarity with cybersecurity bestpracticesand compliance standards + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Special Requirements:** + This is a full-time; **REMOTE** position and can be based anywhere within the continental United States and provides a flexible & non-traditional work schedule (relocation expenses not provided) + Expect to travel atminimumfour times a year (onceperquarter) forQuarterly Planning & Design Sessions, as well as other opportunities to engage with staff and volunteers in the field + As with any Technology focused role, you will sometimes be requiredto work nights or weekends to resolve critical issues or roll out new features **Job Type:** + Full-time; salary, exempt **Pay Range:**   + $87,145.60 - $129,975.30 per year _The hiring range reflects where in the range we most likely intend to hire for this role.
