This critical role is a unique blend of technical leadership, strategic foresight, and customer-facing engagement. You will be instrumental in shaping our pre-go-to-market pilots for digital health solutions, ensuring they are robust, secure, cost-optimized, sustainable to scale, and seamlessly integrated within the complex APAC healthcare ecosystem.
Beyond technical excellence, this role is pivotal in establishing Roche as a thought leader in Cloud Technology, Digital Healthcare Insights, Medical Algorithms, Healthcare AI, Healthcare System Interoperability, and the broader Digital Healthcare Transformation landscape. A specific focus will be on leveraging the Roche Navify platform to drive innovation across key disease areas including Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, and Infectious Diseases. You will achieve this by actively engaging with customers (insurers, hospitals, commercial diagnostic labs, and general practitioner clinics), mentoring internal technical teams and partners, and fostering collaborations that push the
boundaries of healthcare technology. You will embody VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) leadership, thriving amidst change and complexity, and inspiring a high-performing team to navigate this dynamic landscape.
