Job Description:
Reporting directly to the VP of Performance Marketing for North America, this role acts as a strategic and trusted right hand to the VP - helping turn strategy into coordinated action and ensuring high-impact initiatives get off the ground and over the finish line. From AI enablement to micro-vertical initiatives, you’ll bring structure, drive accountability, and lead cross-functional execution to ensure we prioritize quality and effectiveness in everything we do.
Working closely with the VP, you’ll partner with senior leaders across - performance, field, content, digital, and marketing operations - bringing clarity to priorities, elevating our operating rhythm, and keeping momentum behind our most critical GTM initiatives.
This role is ideal for a marketing-savvy, strategic program or project manager who’s equally comfortable acting as a chief of staff. You know how to bring clarity, structure, and execution to complex, fast-moving environments. You’ll help ensure we’re not just running programs - but running the right programs. Your marketing fluency will help you hold teams accountable to quality, not just timelines, while your program management strengths will keep everyone aligned and on track.
Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Atlanta or Austin office.
Minimum Qualifications:
• You have 7+ years of advanced experience in project or program management - within marketing or transformation teams - with direct exposure to B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• You’ve worked in a large, global company and can navigate the complexity of matrixed organizations - aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and driving clarity across regional and functional boundaries.
• You bring strong marketing acumen - able to connect business strategy to campaign execution, evaluate marketing tactics for quality, and assess whether content, messaging, and targeting align with customer pain points.
• You’re a strong operator who brings structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving, high-impact work.
• You can manage multiple complex initiatives at once - balancing urgency and quality while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• You influence effectively without authority, working fluidly across matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.
• You’re a clear, concise communicator—skilled at distilling complexity into actionable next steps and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 15% of the year

• Initiative Execution: Drive the implementation of key programs such as AI adoption, micro-vertical campaign rollouts, and strategic marketing plays tied to go-to-market priorities.
• Project & Program Management: Build and maintain end-to-end plans with clear goals, owners, timelines, and checkpoints.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the glue between teams—ensuring alignment across campaign, content, field, digital, and ops teams.
• Operational Cadence: Lead standups, campaign check-ins, and quarterly planning processes to keep stakeholders focused, informed, and accountable.
• Performance Visibility: Develop simple, actionable reporting to track progress against KPIs and raise risks early.
• Leadership Enablement: Represent the VP in select meetings and workstreams to maintain alignment and move initiatives forward.
• Meeting Management: Own the agenda, prep materials, and follow-ups for key meetings—ensuring decisions lead to real action.
• Team Operations & Culture: Lead internal efforts to improve collaboration, onboarding, and team communication.
• Deadline & Milestone Management: Keep high-stakes initiatives on track—campaign launches, planning cycles, and cross-functional delivery milestones.
