This role reports to the Jordan North America Sport Performance Director and partners closely with the Sport Performance GM, merchandisers, planners, sales teams, and global counterparts. Together, the team builds strategic account relationships and delivers premium experiences for athletes and consumers across the marketplace.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training6+ years of experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising, or Sales within athletic apparel, footwear, or a related industryProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster effective teamworkProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and ExcelSkilled in analyzing retail metrics to optimize sales and inventoryAbility to travel in-market and for seasonal meetings on a regular basisWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead a key account relationship for Jordan Sport Performance, driving seasonal strategies and delivering against consumer, business, and financial goals. Your work will shape assortments, influence marketing activations, and ensure alignment with brand priorities.
