The AirMI Network Team shapes Nike’s global Air Manufacturing Network—driving strategy, sustainability, communications, and external partnerships that influence how Air innovation scales worldwide. This role partners closely with leaders across Supply Chain, Air MI, Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Strategy, and Program Management.

Required skills include:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training6 years of experience in strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or related fieldsExperience influencing cross‑functional teams in matrixed environmentsStrong PowerPoint and executive-level slide-building skillsPreferred skills:
Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other data processing toolsKnowledge of Nike Air technology, Air portfolio, and/or Air manufacturing methodsFamiliarity with footwear manufacturing processes and production timelinesWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll help shape, evaluate, and evolve the Air Manufacturing Network so it’s ready for what Nike designs next. You’ll turn complex operational, technical, and financial insights into clear strategies that strengthen resiliency, efficiency, capacity, and responsiveness across a global manufacturing ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
Partner with teams across Air MI and Nike (Supply Chain, Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Strategy, Sustainability, Communications, and Program Management, …)—to optimize machines, systems, production lines, facilities, and global manufacturing partnersEvaluate network performance across efficiency, capacity, resiliency, responsiveness, sustainability, cost, and modernization to identify risks, constraints, and breakthrough opportunitiesSynthesize operational, technical, and financial inputs from cross-functional partners to inform network-wide strategies and trade-off decisionsApply risk analysis, resilient manufacturing principles, and financial fundamentals (revenue, margin, labor, overhead, profit) to strategic recommendationsInfluence and align cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Facilities, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Strategy, and Program ManagementLead early‑stage planning and strategy development for multi‑layered initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, risks, interdependencies, and objectivesDevelop sharp, executive-ready presentations that distill complex topics into compelling, actionable narratives that drive alignment and maintain momentum through changeWe offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
