**Required Skills:**
Lead, Governance Risk and Compliance Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
2. Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into goals and deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to prioritization decisions.
3. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).
4. Drive the execution of risk and compliance related activities primarily focused on designing and testing controls and safeguards.
5. Support execution of risk and compliance related activities including statutory risk assessments, regulatory requests for information, exams/audits, governance, data & tooling systems, and/or regulatory & compliance transparency reporting.
6. Serve as an Integrity subject matter expert for Integrity GRC and act as the human API between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and first line business teams.
7. Develop and monitor risk and compliance related infrastructure and artifacts including an XFN operating model, risk register, transparency report guidelines, and/or control frameworks.
8. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the broad regulatory landscape impacting Meta across Integrity teams and focus areas, with the ability to translate changes into actionable project work.
9. Review and monitor key program metrics and escalate or define corrective actions for critical deviations.
10. Establish learnings, best practices, standardized frameworks and tools across programs and projects.
11. Maintain deep knowledge of Meta’s products, policies, and Integrity functions to identify stakeholders and build and maintain strong relationships across a wide array of global xfn partners.
12. Apply subject-matter expertise in legal processes and regional expertise in Asia-Pacific to IGRC problem sets.
13. Develop collection strategies and plans to obtain reportable information as relevant to integrity regulations from across Meta.
14. Leverage relevant databases to obtain said information with little supervision.
15. Provide technical guidance on process compliance with, or assist with building suitable solutions for, the Australia Online Safety Act suite of regulations.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

16. Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in International Relations, Law or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
17. Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
18. 1. Analyzing intelligence, either related to security or integrity issues
19. 2. Analyzing signals and risks related to violating content
20. 3. As a team lead or manager of a SOC team or other crisis-oriented intelligence analysis center
21. 4. Ability to develop bespoke collection strategies in the context of a data-rich intelligence environment
22. 5. Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance concepts, including controls, assurance, and risks and the relationships among these areas
23. 6. Foreign language skills in a tongue relevant to international internet regulations (French, Irish, Italian, Korean, Thai, or Japanese)
**Public Compensation:**
$142,688/year to $160,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits
