Strategic Context:

Currently, Sanofi has the most robust pipeline and forthcoming product launches in the company’s history. As the next phase of our Play-To-Win strategy, Sanofi must appropriately support this pipeline to materialize our vision of delivering scientific miracles to patients worldwide. Thus, modernizing the Sanofi operational structure is also required. In line with this, project DRIVE is shepherding change throughout the organization and created the development of the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team within the company.

The new GTMC organization is charged with delivering best-in-class capabilities to bring speed and increased value to commercial operations. It will refine priorities across products, markets, and the pipeline through dynamic resources allocation and efficiencies. Silos between business units and duplicative and overlapping resources will be replaced with standardized processes and tools. Operating with a One Sanofi mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, GTMC will accelerate and improve key capabilities to do more with less and facilitate the best-informed strategic decision making across the organization.

Join our Global Insights & Analytics team and play a key role in shaping the future of Sanofi’s Immunology alliance. You will lead global forecasting and analytics to support commercial strategy, drive data-based decision making, and prepare for upcoming launches. This role is highly visible, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Provide strategic guidance on forecasting and analytics for the Immunology alliance portfolioDevelop and maintain short- and long-range forecasts (patients, volume, revenue)Partner with brand and commercial teams on planning, performance reviews, and new launchesCreate KPI frameworks, reports, and dashboards to track brand strategy effectivenessCollaborate with regional/local teams to align global forecasts and integrate market insightsSynthesize performance metrics into clear strategic insights for leadershipEnsure high-quality data and reliable analytics in collaboration with data managementLeverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and data science methods to identify opportunities and risksLead and coordinate hub contributors, ensuring timely delivery and process complianceRepresent forecasting and analytics in cross-functional and senior-level discussions

 

About You

Experience: 7+ years in pharma/biotech forecasting, consulting, or analytics; leadership experience preferred

Technical skills: Strong forecasting and statistical modeling (e.g., regression, Bayesian, segmentation, marketing mix); advanced use of Excel, SQL, R, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/Qlik)

Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech markets, data sources, and payer environment; immunology experience a plus

Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, statistics, economics, or related field (MBA, MSc, PhD preferred)

Languages: Excellent English, spoken and written

Soft skills: Strong leadership, communication, and presentation; ability to influence across functions; strategic thinker with high learning agility
