Lead, Digital Product Owner

Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor Desktop experience to enable our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AA experience.  As part of the end-to-end experience, Salesforce 2.0 will be the central hub for our Advisors, connecting capability across client servicing, portfolio management, planning, and partnering with other businesses (e.g. PH&N, RT, Ins, private banking, retail and commercial banking).

The platform will deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop powered by intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.

As a Lead, Digital Product Owner, you will lead the development and optimization of this experience, focusing on the “Marketing & Growth” pillar.

What will you do?

Define and execute a roadmap for “Marketing & Growth” that includes a refreshed campaign central/distributed marketing platform to enable our advisors to share on-brand content

Support the Salesforce enhancement roadmaps for Royal Trust and PH&N, along with production support deliverables

Work closely with other product journeys, technology, and user experience designers to bring product visions to life, ensuring cohesive and effective solutions.

Gather insights from Advisor teams, clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance.

Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of each release, leveraging data to continuously improve the experience.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Lead and End-to-End Experience Lead, ensuring alignment with the product goals to deliver an elevated experience.

What will you need to succeed?

Must-Have

Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital product management, preferably in creating digital experiences

Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement

Strong hands on experience with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud platform capabilities    

Strong understanding of modern digital product development practices

Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders 

Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Nice to Have
